Úlfdís

Úlfdís is a practicing Northern-Tradition Pagan, Völva, Priest and devotee of Angrboda. They prefer the mononym Úlfdís, and their pronouns are they/them.

Úlfdís is currently enrolled at Temple University, where they are working on their Bachelors Degree in Religion, with a minor concentration in Gender, Sexuality & Women’s studies, and plan to pursue academia. While they don’t have a particular concentration, they are interested in New Religious Movements, cults, magic in religion, Modern American Paganism & Heathenry, ADF religious traditions. They endlessly relate things to podcasts and Northern-European paganism.

They are currently based in Philadelphia, where they live with three cats and a dog-like human. The enjoy the flow arts, fire spinning, Star Trek, TTRPG’s, camping, festivals, and listening to far too many podcasts.

  1. Funny, I’m in Baltimore! And reading through your blog, it’s a big help not only for reading more writings/critiques of polytheism but also learning more about Angrbodha. There’s not much out there on Her, not many people work with Her I see… which is a bit confusing when it comes to figuring out how to approach Her and honor Her respectfully. Thank you for your blog! :) Hope you’re having a good one.
